Spring Creek Grille

We are very excited to announce a new partnership this year! Nathan Dahl along with Lacey Weeldryer of Ugly Graffiti will be operating the Spring Creek Grille for the 2025 season. Many of you may have had the opportunity to taste some of their food at the rodeos or even visited their downtown location in Rapid City. And while they may introduce some of their featured items to the Grille, they’ll still be featuring a similar breakfast, lunch and snack shack menu, with some pleasant additions. Perhaps some of the most exciting things to look forward to will be table side service and possibly being open for dinners on Friday and Saturday nights! Stay tuned for more details to follow!
