Besides these fun visitors, Hart Ranch will have a Build-a-Bug-Habitat activities for kids, bird watching for adults, a pet parade and petting zoo! Father’s Day weekend will kick off with a pine box car contest, antique car show, BBQ, visit from the Hot Rod Institute, and even a fun tie-dye session. This event will be held in celebration of Hart Ranch’s 30th Anniversary and will bring top of the charts country and gospel music stars to perform live in Rapid City from June 22nd-29th! The Down Home Family Music Festival is just the thing to get toes tapping during your Black Hills vacation! Some of the country music stars playing include the Down Home Family Band, Jamie O’Neil, Ty Herndon, and Andy Griggs! This event will also offer vendors, free BBQ, and music for those that want to learn more about music and test their vocal ability in front of some famous judges!
